A+K is a Dutch based handmade label.
You can find baby & kids items made with the highest quality of fabrics and unique and fun sewn products.
A+K designs, creates and ships everything from it's own little studio.
Handmade in The Netherlands with an American and Dutch touch.
Every product is made in my home studio in Rotterdam City, and with every purchase you not only help support local business, but also the busy life I have of being a working stay at home mum and raising my 2 children; the very reason I started this business back in The USA in 2014.
I like to make creations that are the same as applesauce and/or ketchup is to our children's favorite addition to food.
You know, that little extra flavor that just makes it right to go for!
You will find toys, room decoration, unique diaper clutches (the Dutch way), crowns in all sorts of colors, prints and fabrics, clothes, pretend play and real play items, party items and so on.
New designed items will be listed every week on A+K.
Me and my family travel a lot and during those trips I always take some time to visit fabric stores. These fabrics I use to make unique handmade pieces.
You will find handmade pieces with fabrics from the whole world in this shop.
In the summer of 2016 me and my family moved to The Netherlands and so did A+K.

In my shop you will find creations I made inspired by my kids and motherhood.
I love to create things that kids love.
Products that will fill their hearts with joy, puts a smile on their face and gives the many hours to play.
From my home, in the city of Rotterdam, The Netherlands, I love to create unique items.
All the products are designed and created by me and carefully handmade.
The garments used in my products are chosen with the greatest love and care for beautiful and unique fabrics.
Everywhere I travel, I shop for fabrics. This is one of the reasons you will find unique pieces in my shop
TESTED
All the designs in my shop have been tested and made for my own family.
I have used the diaper clutch for 3 years, my son loves his pillow cases in favorite figures, no birthday party goes without handmade banners, our babydolls sleep as cosy as my kids do and so the story continues....
So, everything has been tested in home and still most of the items are in use in my own family, like the pillows, the crowns, banners and blouses..
Items that have passed our test and are great in use and quality will be listed in this store and it will be very possible you will find other color combinations or fabric combinations of that item.
CUSTOM MADE
Because of the reason I like to keep my items unique, I do not buy a bulk of the same fabrics to make exactly the same product over and over again in the same fabric and color combination. I love to variate and combine colors and prints.
